UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2023
UPSC CSE Pre Notification 2023: संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीएससी) ने सिविल सेवा परीक्षा (प्रारंभिक)- 2023 का नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है। इस साल आईएएस, और आईपीएस सहित विभिन्न सिविल पदों पर 1255 रिक्तियां निकाली गई हैं। सिविल सेवा के साथ-साथ यूपीएससी ने भारतीय वन सेवा परीक्षा का भी नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया है। वन सेवा में इस बार 150 वैकेंसी निकाली गई हैं। आईएएस (IASI, आईपीएस (IPS), आईआरएस (IRS) और आईएफएस( IFS) बनने के इच्छुक युवा आज से www.upsc.gov.in या www.upsconline.nic.in पर जाकर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन करने के लिए लिंक सक्रिय कर दिया गया है। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 21 फरवरी 2023 है।
सभी उम्मीदवारों (पुरुष / महिला / ट्रांसजेंडर) से अनुरोध है कि वे सरकार (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) द्वारा अधिसूचित सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के नियमों और इन नियमों से प्राप्त परीक्षा की इस सूचना को ध्यान से पढ़ें। परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वे परीक्षा में प्रवेश के लिए सभी पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करते हैं। परीक्षा के सभी चरणों में उनका प्रवेश निर्धारित पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करने के अधीन विशुद्ध रूप से अनंतिम होगा।

Eligibility for Civil Services Examination
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute.
- Students appearing in the final examination of the Bachelor’s degree course can fill out the application form. Such candidates will have to produce proof of having obtained a Bachelor’s degree at the time of filling out the form for Civil Services (Mains).
- Candidates possessing professional and technical qualifications which are recognized by Government as equivalent to professional and technical degrees would also be eligible for admission to the Civil Services Examination.

- सिविल सेवा के साथ-साथ यूपीएससी ने भारतीय वन सेवा परीक्षा का भी नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया है। वन सेवा में इस बार 150 वैकेंसी निकाली गई हैं। वन सेवा की मुख्य परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा प्रीलिम्स पास करना होगा। यानी दोनों प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं का प्रीलिम्स एग्जाम कॉमन होगा।

Selection Process
- The Civil Services Examination comprises two successive stages:
- (i) Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination (Objective Type) for the selection of candidates for Civil
Services (Main) Examination; and - (ii) Civil Services (Main) Examination (Written and Interview/Personality Test) for the selection of
candidates for the various Services and posts.

Important Isrtuction
- उम्मीदवारों को वेबसाइट upsconline.nic.in का उपयोग करके ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। आवेदक के लिए यह अनिवार्य है कि वह आयोग की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (ओटीआर) प्लेटफॉर्म पर पहले खुद को पंजीकृत करे और फिर परीक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने के लिए आगे बढ़े। OTR को जीवनकाल में केवल एक बार पंजीकृत कराना होता है। यह पूरे वर्ष में कभी भी किया जा सकता है। यदि उम्मीदवार पहले से ही पंजीकृत है, तो वह परीक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने के लिए सीधे आगे बढ़ सकता/सकती है।

The online Applications can be filled up to 21st February 2023 till 6:00 PM. The eligible candidates
shall be issued an e-Admit Card three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The admit Card will be made available on the UPSC website [ https://upsconline.nic.in ] for downloading by candidates. No Admit Card will be sent by post.
